Dr. Teresa Cating has been a faculty member in the School of Nursing since 2017.  She is a Certified Adult & Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and her focus is on the health and well-being of the senior population as well as the quality of health care they receive. In addition to being a full-time Professor at UNC-Charlotte, she practices part-time as an NP in Internal Medicine with Doctors Making HouseCalls.  She has published two articles, both of which are related to improving the quality of care for seniors.
